Website information
Content on this website describes CodeRefit’s intended services and process. It does not create a binding obligation to accept a project or provide a particular result.
Project requests
Submitting a modification request is an invitation for review, not a contract. A project begins only after written scope, price, payment terms and any project-specific terms are accepted.
Client authority
You must have the necessary rights, licences and authority to provide software, source code, credentials, content and other materials for modification. CodeRefit does not provide licence circumvention, piracy or unauthorised access services.
Scope and change requests
Development is performed against the accepted written scope. New or changed requirements may be quoted as separate change requests.
Third-party software
Modifying third-party software can affect vendor warranties, support or update compatibility. The client remains responsible for complying with applicable third-party licences and terms.
Payments, delivery and intellectual property
Project-specific payment stages, delivery responsibilities, ownership and licensing of custom work should be defined in the accepted project agreement or statement of work.
