Information we collect

When you submit a project enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, company/project name, website URL, software details, requested modification, source-code access status, timeframe, budget range, optional WhatsApp number, optional Telegram username, uploaded files and marketing attribution fields such as UTM parameters.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to assess your request, communicate with you, prepare a scope or quote, prevent spam and maintain a record of project-related correspondence.

Project submissions

The starter website stores a protected server-side backup of form submissions so an enquiry is not lost if email delivery fails. Access to the storage directory is blocked by server configuration. Uploaded files are intended only for project review.

Legal basis

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and/or based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where consent is required, it is requested separately.

Sharing

We do not sell enquiry data. Information may be processed by hosting, email, payment, accounting or project-management providers where necessary to operate the service. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Retention

Enquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the business purpose, contractual/legal obligations and dispute prevention. A production retention schedule should be adopted once the company’s legal entity and operating jurisdiction are finalized.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, API keys or production secrets through the public enquiry form.
